KHA's 2023 Fall Learning Session will be October 18th.
The event opens at 9:00 AM and the sessions will begin at 9:30. This will be an excellent opportunity for all members to learn more from KHRC staff about the State of Kansas HOME funds, the Housing Trust Fund, Section 3 requirements and how the processes work. There will also be a session regarding KHRC's reporting and construction requirements and reporting for the HERS ratings for green building standards. We will also have Drew Wallace from Wallace Architects discussing energy efficiency, energy star information and common oversights/issues during construction that can jeopardize final approval/certification. There will also be much more so don't miss out!
